There are too many so-called tutorials out there that are impressing people with their skills (smarts lol) rather than teaching. I like your analogy of Smart Objects as being a container utilizing editing tools in PS without being destructive to the original object inside that container. A much clearer understanding of Smart Object which makes a difference in application. Thanks!
